We are in the light fixtures field for about 10 years, and almost a full range of lighting can be provided such as chandelier lights, floor lamps, ceiling lighting, table lamps, pendants lights, woven lamps,etc.
Generally, we don’t offer our supplier’s information to customers, as our working pattern is that customers work with us, and we work with our suppliers. And also, most of our suppliers don’t directly work with foreign customers as they don’t have English-speaking staff. Our 5%-10% service fee is not only charged to source suppliers but also for, the most important part, negotiating with suppliers efficiently to save time and money for customers.
But We are always transparent with our service, price, and processes. If you need it, we provide supplier information at cost depending on your product complexity, ranging between $100-$600. The deadline is before you place the production order.
We work with factories closely. We tracked the entire manufacturing process. Our staff will supervise the factory’s process to make sure each step goes well so that the products and on-time delivery are dependable. In addition, because we have so many years of experience in sourcing, we know many factories well already.
Normally our payment term is 30% as a deposit, and 70% pay off before shipment.
